Privacy Policy

Elizabet M Cleaning (KvK 86396862, Brusselsestraat 85, 6211 PC Maastricht) is the controller of your personal data.

What we collect

Contact and booking details you give us; NFC visit logs (time/place of each visit); photos of work areas which may be reviewed by AI for quality; if you have an online account, a record of when you last used it, how long you were there and which actions you took there (for example opening your visit photos or asking to reschedule) so we can answer your questions about your own account; and our own visit measurement — which pages were viewed, which site or advert the visit came from, the language and whether it was a phone or a computer. By default this is recorded with no identifier at all and nothing is stored on your device, so it cannot be traced to you. If you accept advertising cookies, a random code we generate is also kept on your device so that those page views can be read as one visit history, and if you go on to book, that history is linked to your booking so we can see which advertising actually brings customers. The code is meaningless outside this website, is never sent to anyone else, and is erased as soon as you withdraw consent. Visit records are kept for 14 months and then deleted.

Why & legal basis

To quote, schedule, deliver and invoice your cleaning (contract), and for quality assurance and proof of service (legitimate interest). The anonymous part of our visit measurement identifies nobody and rests on legitimate interest; the linked visit history described above happens only with your consent, and only from the moment you give it.

AI photo review

Cleaners photograph work areas; these may be checked by AI against a checklist. Photos show interior work areas only, contain no people, are never sold or made public, and are kept for 24 months, after which they are deleted.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We use processors under data-processing agreements: our website host (Netlify), our own visit measurement (stored only with our website host, and shared with nobody), the AI photo review, our email sender (Resend), our payment provider (Stripe — it receives your name, email, phone, billing and service address and the booking details in order to take the payment), our scheduling and administration systems (Connecteam, Odoo), and sign-in (Supabase). If you accept advertising cookies, Meta also receives that your visit led to an enquiry or a booking.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability — email info@elizabetmcleaning.nl. You may complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Delete your data

Email info@elizabetmcleaning.nl from the address you booked with, or the one you signed in with, and ask us to delete your data. You do not have to give a reason, and we answer within one month.

We delete your contact details, your account and sign-in, your booking history and your visit photos. If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove our app there and we are told automatically — see Delete your data to check a confirmation code. Invoices and the accounting records behind them we have to keep for seven years — Dutch tax law requires it. Those we keep, and nothing else.

If you signed in with Google or Facebook, that link goes with it. You can also remove our app yourself at any time from your Google or Facebook account settings.
