How do I know the work was actually done?
Every visit is logged with an NFC tap on arrival, and we take after-photos of each room that are AI-reviewed against your checklist before the team leaves. You get proof, not just a promise.
Do I need to be home, and do you bring everything?
You don't need to stay — many clients leave a key or use a key safe. We bring all professional products, machines and equipment; if you'd prefer we use your own (for allergies or special surfaces), just tell us.
What's included in a regular clean?
Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting, surfaces, touchpoints and bins — the full room-by-room checklist above, every visit. One-off extras like inside the oven, fridge and cupboards are part of a deep clean, which is easy to add.
