We set no tracking cookies of its own. The Meta advertising tag below loads only if you accept it. Google’s tag loads straight away with every advertising and analytics signal set to “denied”: it writes no cookie and does not identify you, but it does send Google a basic cookieless signal that a page was opened, which Google uses to estimate overall results. Accepting switches those signals on; choosing “Only necessary” keeps them off. Our own visit measurement is cookieless, so nothing here needs your consent. We use local storage only to remember you dismissed the privacy notice. If we ever add cookie-based tools, we'll add a consent banner first.

If you accept, we additionally load two advertising measurement tools: the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising pixel, which sets a _fbp cookie, and the Google tag (Google Ads and Google Analytics), which sets _ga and _gcl cookies. Both report which advert led to a booking or enquiry — that is how we avoid paying for adverts that bring nobody. Choose “Only necessary” and neither of them is ever loaded. One page carries an embed we load only on request: on our reviews page a button loads our review badge from Trustoo (trustoo.nl). Press it and your browser contacts Trustoo, which may set cookies of its own; leave it alone and nothing from Trustoo is ever requested, on that page or any other. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. We use local storage for three things: to remember your cookie choice; if you arrive through a friend’s referral link, to remember who referred you (their name and email address, for up to 90 days) so your welcome discount can be applied; and, if you sign in to your account, to keep you signed in. This stays on your device — it is not advertising or tracking. If we ever add cookie-based tools, we'll add a consent banner first.
