For your home

Do I need to provide cleaning products and equipment?
For one-time jobs — a deep clean, move in/out, after a party — we always bring both the products and the equipment, included in the price. On a cleaning plan it is your choice: supply your own products and vacuum, which is why the plan rate is lower, or ask us to bring ours for an agreed extra charge. For businesses it is optional, agreed in your quote. The products we bring are biodegradable and eco-friendly. Allergies or delicate surfaces? Tell us and we use what you prefer.
How do you get into my home?
However you're comfortable: be there to let us in, leave a key, or use a key safe. Our team taps an NFC sticker on arrival to clock in, so you get a timestamped record of every visit.
Will it be the same cleaner every time?
Yes — we keep the same trusted team on your home, so they learn how you like things and where everything goes. If someone is ill or on holiday we tell you beforehand, and whoever comes works from your own room-by-room checklist, so the standard never changes.
Are you insured?
Yes, we're fully insured for third-party liability and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK), so your home and belongings are covered.
What if something gets damaged?
Tell us by email and we take it from there. We're insured for third-party liability, so your home and belongings are covered.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Message, call or email us in English or Dutch — the website, the booking pages and our agreements are in both languages.
Can I reschedule a clean?
Yes. A one-time cleaning can be moved free of charge up to 48 hours before the start. On a plan, you can move a visit free of charge with at least 21 days' notice — visits can't be skipped. Your agreement sets out the details.
What's included in a home clean?
Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting and surfaces as standard. Deep cleans, carpets, sofas and mattresses, windows, move-in/out and light gardening are available as add-ons.
How do I get a price?
Homes see an all-in price indication online in two minutes; a one-time job gets its fixed price once our manager has seen your home. Carpets, sofas, mattresses, rugs and curtains can be priced exactly from your photos (€25, credited in full when you book). Businesses: the manager visits for free and you get a fixed price in writing within one business day.

Yes. Early mornings, evenings and weekends, so cleaning never interrupts your operations.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, including professional floor-cleaning machines. The products we bring are biodegradable and eco-friendly. For business sites it's optional — we can work with your own products if you prefer — and we're happy to follow your site's hygiene and safety protocols.
Are you insured and registered?
Yes, fully insured and KvK-registered, with proper VAT invoices for your records.
Do you offer regular contracts?
Yes. A membership keeps a fixed weekly or monthly slot with priority booking and a better rate, while staying flexible.
What kinds of business do you clean?

How do you handle access and proof of visit?
