Do you clean before the party, after it, or both? Whichever you need. A before clean gets the space guest-ready and presentable; an after clean resets it the morning after. Many clients book both — we tidy and prep beforehand, then come back to clear up once it's over.
Can you clean the morning after an event? Yes — early-morning, evening and weekend slots are available so your home or venue is reset fast, before the next day starts.
What does an after-party clean cover? Glasses, bottles and rubbish cleared, sticky spills and drink rings off floors and surfaces, kitchen and bathrooms reset, bins emptied and furniture put back — so the place looks like the party never happened.
How far ahead should I book around my event? As early as you can, especially for weekend and holiday dates which fill up fast. Last-minute and morning-after slots are often possible — message us and we'll confirm availability the same day.
Can you clean rented venues and shared spaces? Yes — homes, apartments, offices and rented venues. We can help you meet a hand-back or deposit-return deadline, and provide a proper VAT invoice if you need to claim it back.
Are you insured and registered? Yes — fully insured for third-party liability and KvK-registered (KvK 86396862), with proper VAT invoices for your records.
What if I want more done on the day? Ask our manager at the visit — then it's agreed and paid before your cleaning day. Once the team starts, the booked hours don't change: the team is expected at another address afterwards and can't take on extra work on the spot. Your price is fixed once the manager has seen your home, so if the agreed work takes longer than estimated, that time is on us.
What if something gets damaged? Tell us by email and we take it from there. We're insured for third-party liability, so your home and belongings are covered.
