Anything we should know?

Includes a one-time €76.30 onboarding fee incl. VAT (first booking only — it covers transport, professional products & equipment and the manager's before-and-after check; returning customers pay for cleaning time only); if the job runs longer, extra time is €65/hour incl. VAT. After you submit, you'll go to our secure checkout (iDEAL or card via Stripe) — nothing is charged until you confirm there; then you sign a short service agreement and we schedule within 3–5 business days. By paying you expressly request that we carry out the clean within the legal 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once the job has been fully carried out — see our Terms.

Will a move-out clean help me get my deposit back?

That's exactly what it's built for. We clean to the standard landlords and agents inspect — inside cupboards, the oven, behind appliances, limescale and drains — and send you before & after photos of every room as evidence. Spotless inside and out means nothing to deduct for.

Can you clean after I've moved out — or before I pick up the keys?

Both. With access arranged (keys, a code or a key safe) we clean the empty property and time it to your handover — inspection-ready the day you leave, or fresh the day you move in.

Do you clean inside the oven, fridge and behind the appliances?

Yes — all included, not extras. Oven scrubbed inside, fridge and freezer in and out, hob and extractor, and behind & under the appliances that pull out. This is where most deposit deductions actually come from.

Can you do the carpets too?

Yes. We bring the Kärcher Puzzi extractor to deep-clean carpets and rugs — just add it when you book. Carpets are usually touch-dry within a few hours.

How much does it cost, and how long does it take?

It's a fixed, all-in price based on your property size — use the calculator above for an instant estimate (incl. VAT). Most homes are done in a single visit, and we confirm the price in writing before we start, so there are no surprises.
