How quickly can you come? We keep express slots open — message us and we'll find the soonest time, often within 48 hours.
How is an express clean different from a deep clean? An express clean is fast and focused — we time-box the visit and prioritise the rooms that matter most: kitchen, bathrooms, floors and surfaces. A deep clean is a full top-to-bottom reset, inside appliances and behind the detail. Tell us your priorities and we'll spend the hours where they count.
What can you get done in the time? You set the priorities, we work the most-used rooms first — kitchen and bathrooms, floors, surfaces and the spaces guests will see. A manager briefs the team on what matters most so the time goes where you need it.
Do I need to be home, and do you bring everything? You don't need to stay — many clients leave a key or use a key safe. We arrive fully equipped with professional products and machines, or use your own on request.
How do I know the work is up to standard? A manager checks the work in person before and after, the team checks in on site by NFC, and we take before & after photos — so the standard is confirmed before we leave, even on a fast visit.
Are you insured and registered? Yes — fully insured for third-party liability and KvK-registered (KvK 86396862), with proper VAT invoices for your records.
What if something gets damaged? Tell us by email and we take it from there. We're insured for third-party liability, so your home and belongings are covered.
Do you speak English? Yes. Message, call or email us in English or Dutch — the website, the booking pages and our agreements are in both languages.
