How Do I Book a Cleaning Service?
Simply fill out our online contact form, select your required services, and add any extras like ironing or oven cleaning. Remember, booking through our website includes a 5€ fee, fully refundable with your order.
Do Cleaners Bring Their Own Supplies?
Our team brings all the necessary cleaning detergents. To prevent cross-contamination, we use your cleaning equipment (vacuums, mops, brushes), especially important for clients with allergies. You can also opt for our Cleaning Equipment package at 20€.
How Many People Will Come for the Cleaning?
For regular cleaning, one person will attend. For other services, two people will come, complying with Dutch COVID regulations.
Can I Leave My Pet at Home During Cleaning?
Absolutely! Inform us about your pet’s likes and dislikes during booking, so our associates can make them comfortable.
Will the Same Person Clean My Home Each Time?
We typically schedule the same associate for familiarity with your preferences. In case of unforeseen cancellations, we’ll send a well-informed replacement.
What If I'm Out of Town?
Please inform us of your travel plans to reschedule our associates. While you’re away, we can tidy, deep clean, or de-clutter before your return.
What About Cancellations and Rescheduling?
Notify us at least 7 days in advance to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. We strive to reschedule at your convenience while supporting our associates’ livelihoods.
Are Cleaning Detergents Included?
We include cleaning supplies but use your brushes, mops, and vacuum cleaners. For specific detergents, we’ll happily use what you provide.
Do I Need to Be Home During Cleaning?
You’re not required to be home. We prefer working while the home is empty, but it’s your choice. We recommend being present for the first cleaning or introduction. Let us know how to access your home if you’re not there.
