A short-stay turnover is not a house clean with a deadline. It is an inspection, a reset and a restock in one visit, usually inside a four-hour window between one guest leaving and the next arriving. The cleaning matters, but the reviews are lost on the other things: a hair in the shower, a missing towel, no coffee, a bin that was not emptied.
