Will pressure washing damage my facade?
Not if the pressure is matched to the material, which is why we look before we start. Soft brick, old mortar and rendered walls get a low-pressure wash; harder surfaces can take more. A lance pointed at the wrong wall is what blows out pointing and drives water behind render — so we tell you what your facade can take, and work to that.
Do you remove green algae and moss?
Yes — that green film on the north-facing wall is the most common job we are called for. It is living growth, so rinsing alone just hides it for a few weeks; it is treated as well as washed, which is what makes the difference last.
How long will the facade stay clean?
That depends on the wall, and we would rather tell you honestly when we see it than print a number here. A shaded north wall under trees re-greens far faster than a south-facing one in the open. We will say what to expect for your building, and what a sensible interval looks like.
How do I know the work was actually done properly?
Every visit is logged with an NFC tap on arrival, and we take after-photos (4+ per visit) that are AI-reviewed against the checklist before we leave — so you get proof of the finish, not guesswork.
