3. Service Options & Rates (excl. VAT)

You may choose between flexible one-time bookings or discounted recurring plans:

    🧾 One-Time Service (No Subscription)

  • Standard ironing rate: €50.00/hour
    Minimum: 2 hours per visit

    • 💡 By subscribing, you save up to 37% compared to the one-time rate.

    🗓️ Annual Subscription (12 months)

  • Weekly service – €31.50/hour → saves €18.50/hour vs. standard
    Bi-weekly service – €34.50/hour → saves €15.50/hour vs. standard

    • 📆 6-Month Subscription

  • Weekly service – €34.50/hour → saves €15.50/hour vs. standard
    Bi-weekly service – €37.50/hour → saves €12.50/hour vs. standard

🕑 Minimum per visit: 2 hours ✅ All subscriptions are recurring and include optional manager-reviewed photo quality checks.

4. Service Details

  • Ironing is performed in your home with your equipment unless otherwise agreed
  • Each session includes thorough and careful ironing of clothing, linens, and other approved textiles
  • Our team will take photos after each visit as proof of quality — reviewed by a manager
  • Photos are available on request for transparency

5. Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions: invoiced on the 1st of each month
  • SEPA direct debit: processed between the 1st and 5th
  • Clients receive the invoice 1–2 days before automatic charge
  • Late Payment Policy:
    • 2% monthly interest on overdue amounts
    • €20 administrative fee if unpaid by the 14th

6. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

  • Sessions may be rescheduled within the same calendar month (subject to availability)
  • Missed sessions do not carry over to the next month
  • Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice are billed in full
  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at term end with 1 month written notice
  • Early cancellation may result in a 50% fee on the remaining value if discounts were applied

7. Legal Framework

This agreement is governed by Dutch law.

All disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
