4. Service Inclusions

Elizabet M Company will perform a light but thorough surface cleaning of high-traffic and visible areas, including:

  • Vacuuming and mopping key floor spaces
  • Disinfecting countertops and bathroom surfaces
  • Wiping visible kitchen surfaces, sinks, and taps
  • Tidying and dusting common areas and entry points
  • Interior windows (if requested, up to 3 meters)

🔒 Please note: Deep cleaning, appliance interiors, carpet shampooing, and heavy buildup are not included in express service unless quoted separately.

5. Team & Equipment

  • 1–2 trained Elizabet M professionals on-site
  • High-performance Dyson V15 vacuum available on request (€30 optional)
  • Cleaning products available on request (€30 optional)
  • Each cleaner is entitled to a 5-minute break every 2 hours worked, taken on-site

  • 0–5 km: Free

💳 Payment must be made via card terminal or Tikkie before the service begins

💵 Any approved extra time is payable in cash immediately after cleaning

7. Timekeeping & Add-On Hours

  • Time is recorded using Elizabet M’s internal app
  • The client is responsible for confirming clock-in and clock-out times
  • Requests for more time must be made by phone/WhatsApp during the session and are subject to availability

8. Final Inspection & Complaints

  • The client should call our manager 15 minutes before the end for an on-site check
  • If the team leaves without inspection, the work is considered accepted
  • Complaints must be submitted on the same day with photos to: info@elizabetmcleaning.nl
  • Post-inspection complaints require a new paid visit

9. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due before service starts (card or Tikkie)
  • Extra time must be paid in cash immediately after the appointment
  • Late payments incur 5% daily interest plus admin fees

10. Legal Terms

  • This agreement is governed by Dutch law
  • Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands
