4. Service Inclusions

Elizabet M Company will provide a full deep cleaning of the property, covering:

  • Complete dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfection of accessible surfaces
  • Kitchen: appliances (interior/exterior), countertops, drawers, cupboards, backsplash
  • Bathroom(s): toilet, sink, shower/bath, tiles, mirrors, taps, fittings
  • Interior windows (up to 3 meters), sills, light switches, doors, and baseboards

🔒 Specialized services such as carpet shampooing, furniture treatment, trash removal, or outdoor window cleaning are not included unless pre-approved in writing.

5. Team & Equipment

  • Two trained cleaners will be present on-site
  • Elizabet M will provide all necessary cleaning products and equipment, including a Dyson V15 vacuum
  • Each cleaner is entitled to a 5-minute break after two continuous hours, taken on-site

Transport Fee by Distance:

  • 5–10 km: €20

💳 Payment Method: Via card terminal on-site before the service begins

💵 Additional hours (if approved) must be paid in cash immediately after the service

7. Timekeeping & Extensions

  • Time is tracked digitally using Elizabet M Company’s internal clock-in/out system
  • The client is responsible for confirming the start and end time on-site
  • To request additional cleaning hours:
    • Contact Elizabet M via call or WhatsApp in advance
    • Subject to availability
    • Billed at €50.00/hour, payable in cash after service

8. Final Inspection Procedure

  • The client must call Elizabet M’s manager 15 minutes before service ends to perform a quality check on-site
  • Any issues found will be corrected immediately
  • If no inspection takes place and the team is allowed to leave, the work will be considered accepted in full
  • Later complaints will require a new paid visit

9. Payment Terms

  • The full amount (incl. VAT) is due on-site before cleaning starts
  • Extra hours are due immediately after service in cash
  • Late payments are subject to 5% daily interest plus admin and recovery fees

10. Legal Framework

  • This agreement is governed by Dutch law
  • Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands
