3. Service Details

4. What’s Included

  • Pre-treatment of stains and high-traffic areas
  • Mechanical vacuuming and deep extraction
  • Hot water spray with active detergent (injection)
  • Simultaneous suction to remove dirt, allergens, and moisture
  • Optional deodorising upon request

❌ This service does not include removal of permanent stains such as paint, glue, or chemical damage. Results vary depending on fabric condition and age.

5. Equipment & Process

We exclusively use the Kärcher Puzzi 10/2 extraction machine — a commercial-grade cleaner designed for carpets, mattresses, and upholstery. This machine:

  • Injects hot water mixed with detergent into the fabric
  • Dislodges deep-seated dirt, bacteria, and oils
  • Simultaneously extracts all moisture using high-power suction
  • Leaves fabrics hygienically clean with reduced drying time

All cleaning agents used are eco-friendly, fabric-safe, and included in the service.

The service is performed by 1–2 trained technicians. Each is entitled to a 5-minute break every 2 hours worked.

6. Pricing Overview (Excl. 9% VAT)

Transport Fee by Distance:

  • 0–5 km: Free
  • 5–10 km: €20
  • 10–20 km: €30

  • 40+ km: Price negotiable

💳 Payment must be made via card terminal or Tikkie before the service begins

💵 Extra hours (if approved) must be paid in cash immediately after service

7. Timekeeping & Extra Hours

  • Time is tracked using Elizabet M’s internal system
  • The client must confirm start and end times
  • Extra time must be approved on-site and billed at €60/hour

8. Results & Complaints

  • Results may take several hours to fully show due to fabric type and drying time
  • If the client is dissatisfied, they must send an email to info@elizabetmcleaning.nl with photos the same day of service
  • If no complaint is received that same day, the service is considered accepted in full
  • Later complaints require a new paid appointment

9. Payment Terms

  • The full amount (incl. VAT) is due on-site before cleaning starts
  • Extra hours are due immediately after service in cash
  • Late payments are subject to 5% daily interest plus admin and recovery fees

10. Legal Framework

  • This agreement is governed by Dutch law
  • Disputes are handled by the competent court in the Netherlands
