4. We then schedule the cleaning date and discuss any special details.

• For regular maintenance cleaning under membership plans, typically one cleaner will visit.

• For larger jobs (deep cleans, move-in/out, or express service), we assign multiple cleaners based on the size and condition of the space.

• We attempt to send the same person(s) whenever possible so they’re familiar with your preferences and home.

No, you don’t need to be present for most cleanings if you allow access. For the first visit, we do prefer you’re there so we can review your expectations and show you any areas of special attention.

We ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 7 days before the booked date to avoid a cancellation fee. We try to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.
