Thank you for choosing Elizabet M Company for your weekly cleaning service. Our mission is to deliver a spotless, healthy, and welcoming home, week after week. Please review this agreement for your service details, rates, exclusive benefits, and our mutual commitments.

1. CLIENT INFORMATION

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Elizabet M Company will provide bi-weekly general maintenance cleaning, including but not limited to:

  • General Cleaning
    • Dusting all accessible surfaces
    • Wiping mirrors and accessible windows
    • Vacuuming and mopping floors
  • Kitchen
    • Wiping and sanitizing appliance exteriors
    • Descaling sinks and faucets
    • Cleaning countertops and backsplashes
  • Bathrooms
    • Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks
    • Mopping and sanitizing floors
  • Bedrooms & Living Areas
    • Tidying and organizing surfaces
    • Dusting furniture, shelves, and decorative items
    • Making beds (if fresh linens are provided)

3. BI-WEEKLY CLEANING PLAN & RATES

  • Annual Plan: €34.50 per hour (excl. VAT)
  • 6-Month Plan: €37.50 per hour (excl. VAT)
  • One-Time Visit: €50.00 per hour (excl. VAT)
  • Minimum per visit: 4 hours

4. EXCLUSIVE CLIENT OFFERS

  • Carpet Cleaning: Standard rate is €60 per hour. As a bi-weekly client, you pay only €50 per hour (excl. VAT). Please mention your plan when booking.
  • Dog Walking: 10% discount on our dog walking service. Contact us for more details or to schedule.

5. OPTIONAL: QUALITY CHECK & FEEDBACK PROGRAM

For added transparency, you may add our Quality Check & Feedback Program for +5 min per visit:

  • At the end of each shift, the cleaner spends 2–3 minutes taking and uploading photos of cleaned surfaces (never personal items).
  • A manager reviews the photos and adds notes within 2 minutes.
  • You may provide feedback on-site if present, or request a brief photo report.

6. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL & PRICE ADJUSTMENT

  • Unless written notice of cancellation is received at least one month before the renewal date (on or before December 31), this Agreement will automatically renew each year.
  • Upon renewal, the hourly rate may increase by a maximum of €2 to account for inflation and employee wage increases.

7. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Monthly invoice sent on the 1st of each month.
  • SEPA direct debit processed between the 1st–5th.
  • Invoice preview sent 1–2 days before charge.
  • Late payment: 2% interest per month on overdue amounts, plus €20 administrative fee for invoices unpaid after 14 days.

8. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, & CARRY OVER

  • With 7 days’ notice: Appointments may be rescheduled within the same calendar month, subject to availability. If rescheduling is not possible, the session can be carried over to the following month at no extra cost. Payment for the current month remains due.
  • Less than 7 days’ notice: 100% cancellation fee applies.
  • All cancellations and shift adjustments must be submitted via email to info@elizabetmcleaning.nl.

9. TRANSPORTATION FEE

  • Within 5 km of Maastricht: No transportation fees.
  • Beyond 5 km: Additional fees may apply and will be discussed and agreed in advance.

10. BREAK POLICY

Cleaners are entitled to a 5-minute break every 2 hours.

11. COMMUNICATION & SERVICE CHANGES

  • Rescheduling appointments: Must be requested via email at info@elizabetmcleaning.nl.
  • All other communication: The Client may use WhatsApp or text at +31 6 18278719 for questions, updates, or concerns.
  • The Client is not obligated to discuss or coordinate directly with the cleaning staff.

12. SERVICE DURATION & EXTRA HOURS

  • If the Client requests that staff finish earlier than scheduled, the minimum service duration (4 hours per visit) will still be charged.
  • If the Client requires additional cleaning time or extra hours, a request must be made at least 7 days in advance via email or WhatsApp. Requests are subject to staff availability.

13. CONTRACT TERMINATION BY CLIENT

The Client may terminate this Agreement at any time with a minimum of two (2) months’ written notice via email to info@elizabetmcleaning.nl. Notice of cancellation must be received no later than the 27th day of the month. If notice is received after the 27th, the notice period will begin on the first day of the second following month.

14. EARLY TERMINATION POLICY

If the Client wishes to terminate this Agreement without observing the required two (2) months’ notice period, the Client is responsible for paying the full value of the two-month notice period at the agreed rate, plus the difference between the discounted rate and the standard one-time rate (€50/hour) for each session already completed during the contract.

15. ACCESS TO PROPERTY & CLEANING SUPPLIES

  • The Client must provide safe and reasonable access to the property during scheduled cleaning times.
  • If our team cannot access the premises (e.g., no one answers the door), our staff will wait for 10–15 minutes. If access is not granted, the session will be treated as a last-minute cancellation and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
  • If the Client opts out of paying for supplies and equipment, the Client must provide all necessary products. Elizabet M Company cannot be held responsible for substandard results due to insufficient or unsuitable supplies.

16. ADDITIONAL TASKS BEYOND CLEANING

  • For non-routine or additional tasks, the Client must provide clear written instructions.
  • If instructions are not provided and an incident or damage occurs, the Client assumes full responsibility.

17. STAFF & NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY

  • Elizabet M Company employs both male and female cleaning professionals.
  • The Company maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for gender discrimination.
  • While we strive to accommodate preferences, staff assignment based on gender cannot be guaranteed.
  • Staffing decisions are made based on availability, expertise, and operational needs.

18. LOST KEYS & KEY RETURN POLICY

  • In the event of lost property keys, Elizabet M Company can arrange the return or delivery of spare keys to the Client.
  • For deliveries up to 18:00, a fee of €70 applies.
  • For deliveries after 18:00, a fee of €100 applies.
  • Arrangements for key delivery must be made in advance.

19. LEGAL TERMS

  • This agreement is governed by Dutch law.
  • Disputes will be resolved by the competent Dutch court.
