Step 1 - Choose Your Cleaning Type

Step 2 - Sign the Online Agreement and Free Estimate/Intake Form

Please sign your digital cleaning agreement ✍️ and fill in the short intake form 📝.

The agreement explains what we will do and what you can expect on your cleaning day 🧼🏡.
The intake form helps us estimate the cleaning time ⏱️, the approximate cost 💶, and decide how many cleaners should come 👥.

Step 3 — We Schedule Your Cleaning & Finalize Everything

After your booking is confirmed, we schedule your cleaning day 🗓️.
Your cleaning team arrives on time 🚪, and during the first visit, a manager is present 👤 to ensure everything meets our standards.

💸 How Billing Works

For One-Time Services:
• Pay immediately after the cleaning
• Your bill includes: service time + transportation fees

For Membership Clients:
• Billed once per month (end of the month or start of the next)
• Your first deep cleaning is billed at the discounted hourly rate of your membership
• Future invoices cover your fixed monthly membership fee

🚗 Transportation Fees (added to your bill)

• 0–5 km: Free
• 5–10 km: €20
• 10–20 km: €30
• 20–40 km: €40
• 40+ km: Price negotiable

💳 After Payment

You will receive a digital invoice confirming your payment.
