Having us do the work instead? Then you do not need this page. Book the job and the manager's visit and your fixed price are included — you pay nothing for the quote. Bought the report first and booked afterwards? €40 comes off your first invoice — the price we write, and that €40, hold for 30 days.

This buys the survey and the written valuation — the document is what you are paying for. Book the cleaning with us within 30 days and €40 comes off your first invoice; the rest is not deducted. The report itself does not expire — the price holds for 30 days, and assumes the property is in the state the manager recorded. If you would rather we did the cleaning, book the job instead: the visit is part of your one-time onboarding fee rather than a €95 report, and the price you are then given is fixed. That fee also covers the professional products and equipment we bring — charged once, on a first booking only.

Nothing is charged yet. Your contract opens next, written out in your name — you read it, sign it and pay there. By signing it you expressly request that the inspection be carried out within the legal 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once the report has been delivered. The fee buys the survey and the written valuation and is not deducted from any later booking — see the contract and our Terms.
